The Beginning of Le Xi's Art Practice Blog

Starting today, I will be sharing my "Insights and Experiences of Contemporary Art Practice: Le Xi's Blog". This blog is based on my personal notes, "Experiences and Inspirations of Art Practice: Le Xi's Personal Notes".

As an artist, through years of practice, I have accumulated a wealth of experience and insights. These valuable experiences and insights come not only from my own creative practice, but also from exchanges and collaborations with other artists, as well as in-depth reflections on contemporary art.

My work "Stand Still" is a representative example. This self-portrait work records my self-healing process of "turning away from the sun and the future" in my life. I used a mobile phone lens to capture this composition, recording the state of the passage of time and the fusion of motion and stillness, capturing the momentary emptiness and eternity. Through the continuous dialogue and interaction between self-portraits and landscape paintings, using light and shadow, we can bring ourselves closer to art, approach the ordinary essence through pure forms, and integrate life into art works. This work attempts to break down the artificial barriers between the gallery space and the work, engaging in continuous dialogue and interaction with the light and shadow of the natural environment, exploring the interactive relationship between mind and body, and inviting the audience to project themselves, participate, and experience the mystery of existence.

This blog will become a record of my artistic practice journey, as well as a platform for me to share with readers. I will document my creative process in detail here and express my inner thoughts and reflections. I hope these contents will resonate with readers and promote a deeper understanding of contemporary art among everyone.
